Examination of the effectiveness of Renzulli’s Enrichment Triad Program on Creativity of sharp-witted primary school level students

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعيين اثر‌‌‌‌‌بخشي برنامه‌ي سه‌تايي غني‌سازي رنزولي بر خلاقيت كودكان تيزهوش دبستاني بود. روش پژوهش نيمه ­آزمايشي با طرح پيش‌آزمون– پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه‌ي آماري شامل تمامي دانش­ آموزان تيزهوش شهر اصفهان در سال تحصيلي 95-1394 بودند. به اين منظور 76 نفر از دانش‌آموزان تيزهوش با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي ‌انتخاب و به‌­طور تصادفي به دو گروه ‌آزمايش و گواه گمارده ‌شدند (38 نفر گروه آزمايش و 38 نفر گروه گواه) و مادران آن‌ها به سؤالات پرسشنامه‌ي خلاقيت عابدي پاسخ دادند. شركت­ كنندگان گروه آزمايش طي 12 جلسه­ دو ساعته به‌­صورت گروهي آموزش برنامه‌ي سه‌تايي غني‌سازي رنزولي را دريافت كردند؛ اما گروه‌ گواه هيچ‌گونه آموزشي در اين زمينه دريافت نكردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحليل كوواريانس تك‌متغيري و چندمتغيري تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد ميانگين نمرات خلاقيت‌ و خرده‌مقياس‌هاي آن (ابتكار، سيالي، انعطاف‌پذيري و بسط) در گروه آزمايش به­‌طور معناداري ‌افزايش داشته است. بر اساس نتايج به­دست آمده از اين پژوهش مي توان گفت كه برنامه‌ي سه‌تايي غني‌سازي رنزولي موجب افزايش خلاقيت در كودكان تيزهوش دبستاني شده است.

The current research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Renzulli’s Enrichment Triad Program on Creativity of sharp-witted primary school level students. . research method was Experimental with pretest - posttest and control group. The statistical universe of the current research consisted of all sharp-witted students of the city of Karaj in the educational year of 2015-2016. For this purpose, the number of 76 sharp-witted students was selected through multi stage cluster random sampling method and was randomly placed in two experimental and control groups (38 people in the experimental group and another 38 in the control group) and their mothers, too responded to the questions of Abedi’s Creativity. The experimental group , During the twelve two-hour sessions The Renzulli’s Enrichment Triad Program was administered on the experimental group but The control group not received training in this issue . The research Data were collected by Abedi’s Creativity Test and with analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) were analyzed .The findings showed that Renzulli’s Enrichment Triad Program has been effective in increasing female creativity. In general it can be concluded that Renzulli’s Enrichment Triad Program Can affect on children's creativity.
