چكيده فارسي :
خوتير ينبل از جمله حديث‌پژوهان مهم غربي است كه مطالعات حديثي وي منبع ارجاع بسياري از حديث‌پژوهان غربي است. او مفهوم سنت نبوي را در اواخر قرن نخست هجري تاريخ‌گذاري مي‌نمايد، با اين استدلال كه نقطه‌ي آغازين يكسان انگاري مفهوم سنت با سنت نبوي اواخر قرن نخست هجري است. وي براي اثبات فرضيه خود به وصيت عمر حين مرگ، صدور فتوي توسط صحابه و تابعين بر اساس رأي شخصي و عدم استناد به سنت پيامبر(ص) و حصر مفهوم سنت نبوي در سنت توسط عمر بن عبدالعزيز استناد مي‌كند. اين در حالي است كه با مراجعه به قرآن و منابع اصيل اسلامي نواقص روشي و محتوايي حديث‌پژوهي ينبل در اين زمينه روشن مي‌گردد. با توجه به اعتبار سنت نبوي نزد قرآن و فرمان به لزوم تبعيت از سنت نبوي توسط خداوند متعال و همچنين كاربرد وسيع عبارت سنت نبوي از زمان حيات پيامبر(ص)، نظريه ينبل قابل نقد بوده و در نتيجه اين عبارت را در ابتداي قرن نخست تاريخ‌گذاري مي‌گردد.
چكيده لاتين :
Gautier Juynboll is among the most prominent Western hadith scholars, who has been frequently quoted by many Western scholars. He dates the concept of the Prophetic tradition back to the late first century AH, arguing that the starting point of identifying the concept of tradition with the Prophetic tradition is the late first century AH. To prove his hypothesis, he refers to the will Umar made while he was dying, the issuance of fatwa by the Companions and the Successors on the basis of personal judgment and not the Prophet's (p.b.u.h.) tradition, and the identification of the concept of the Prophetic tradition with tradition by Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz. However, by referring to the Quran and the authentic Islamic resources, the methodological and content defects of Juynboll’s hadith research are revealed. Given the validity of the Prophetic tradition in the Quran and the command given by Allah Almighty about the necessity of following the Prophetic tradition, as well as the widespread use of the term Prophetic tradition since the period of the Prophet's life, Juynboll’s theory can be criticized and, as a result, the term can be dated back to the beginning of the first century AH.
