Investigating the Pre-requisites and feasibility study of the Implementation of the E-Learning System in Higher Education

اين پژوهش به دنبال شناسايي متغيرهايي مربوط به دانشجويان است كه توجه به آنها مي تواند موسسه آموزش عالي را در پذيرش آموزش الكترونيكي ياري كند. پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي- تحليلي و به روش پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل 16500 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه سمنان در سه دوره كارشناسي، كارشناسي ارشد و دكتري در سال تحصيلي 94-93 است كه تعداد 380 نفر از آنها از طريق روش چندمرحله اي براي نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه اي است محقق ساخته كه در تهيه آن از ابزار پژوهش هاي مشابه استفاده شده و علاوه بر اينكه روايي آن با استفاده از روش قضاوتي تامين شد، پايايي آن نيز برابر 0/92 به دست آمد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه دانشجويان دانشگاه سمنان از آمادگي نسبي و بيشتر از «حداقل آمادگي مورد انتظار» براي شركت در آموزش الكترونيكي برخوردار هستند. هرچند در برخي عوامل، از جمله «انگيزش»، آمادگي آنها از حداقل آمادگي مورد انتظار كمتر بوده و نيازمند تقويت است. افزون بر اين، يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه دانشجويان دانشكده «مهندسي برق و كامپيوتر» نسبت به ديگر دانشكده ها از آمادگي بيشتري براي آموزش الكترونيكي برخوردار هستند.

This research seeks to identify variables related to students، which can be taken into consideration to help the higher education institution in accepting e-learning. The research is applied in terms of purpose is methodological، and in terms of method is descriptive-analytical and survey method. The statistical population includes 16500 students of University of Semnan in three undergraduate، postgraduate and doctoral degrees in the academic year of 1994-94. 380 of them were selected by multi-stage method for the study sample. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire، which was used in its preparation similar tools and in addition to its validity approved by providing a judgment method، its reliability was equal to 0.92. The research findings showed that students of University of Semnan have a relative readiness and more than "the least participated preparedness" for taking part in e-learning training. However، in some factors، including "motivation،" they are less likely to be prepared than expected، and need to be strengthened. In addition، the findings of the research showed that the students of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering are more likely to be e-readers than other faculties.
