تحليل عوامل موثر بر اشتغال زنان : مطالعه موردي كارگاه‌هاي صنعتي ايران

An Analysis of Influencial Factors on Women’s Employment: A Case Study of Iran’s Manufacturing

در اين پژوهش، ابتدا روند اشتغال زنان تحليل و سپس نقش عوامل مؤثر بر اشتغال زنان در كارگاه‌هاي صنعتي كشور در دورة 85-1373 شناسايي شده است. الگوي استفاده شده از نوع نئوكلاسيك بوده و اشتغال زنان تابعي از ارزش افزوده به قيمت ثابت، دستمزد‌هاي زنان و مردان به قيمت ثابت و هزينة واقعي استفاده از سرمايه در نظر گرفته شده است. بر اساس نتايج به‌دست آمده از برآورد الگوي تقاضاي نيروي كار زنان به روش پانل ديتا، ارزش افزوده بيشترين تأثير مثبت را بر اشتغال زنان دارد. بنابراين، رفع موانع رشد توليد در صنايع، به افزايش اشتغال زنان بيشترين كمك را مي‌كند. همچنين فرضية جانشيني نيروي كار زنان با سرماية فيزيكي و نيروي كار مردان تأييد مي‌شود. در نهايت، اگرچه دستمزد واقعي زنان تأثير منفي بر اشتغال زنان دارد ولي اين تأثير معنادار نيست.

In this study, first the trend of women’s employment was analyzed and then between 1373-1385 the role of influential factors on women’s employment in Iran’s manufacturing was identified. A neoclassical model was used and women’s employment was considered as a function of value added to costant price, women’s as well as men’s wages to costant price and real cost of using capital. Based on the results of estimating women’s labour force’s demand with panel data model, value added has the most positive effect on women’s employment. Therefore, obviation of production growth obstacles in industries has the most contribution to women’s employment. Also, hypothesis regarding women’s labour force’s substitution with physical capital and men’s labour force’s was confirmed. Finally although women’s real wages has negative effect on their employment, but it was not significant.
