طراحي مدل راهبردي زنجيره تأمين سبز با رويكرد تلفيقي كارت امتيازي متوازن و LFPP ( مورد مطالعه: مجتمع فولاد مباركه اصفهان)

The Design of the strategic model of green supply chain with an integrated approach Balanced Scorecard and LFPP (Case Study: Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company

امروزه، محيط پيچيده و رقابتي شديد جهان و وجود صنايع گوناگون و به دنبال آن افزايش روزافزون آلودگي زيست‌محيطي و پيامدهاي مخرب آن، سبب توجه سازمان به مسائل زيست‌محيطي در زنجيره تأمين شده است. انتخاب شاخص‌هاي راهبردي مناسب زنجيره تأمين سبز يكي از رويكردهاي قابل‌توجه براي پيشرفت در دنياي رقابتي امروز است. ازاين‌رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر به علت اين‌كه مجتمع فولاد مباركه اصفهان يكي از صنايع بزرگ و آلاينده كشور است، شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي شاخص‌هاي راهبردي زنجيره تأمين سبز در اين مجتمع است. بدين منظور پس از استخراج شاخص‌هاي راهبردي زنجيره تأمين سبز و قرار دادن اين شاخص‌ها‌ با استفاده از روش دلفي در قالب كارت امتيازي متوازن، مدل راهبردي زنجيره تأمين سبز به دست آورده شد و در پايان با استفاده از روش برنامه‌ريزي ترجيحات فازي لگاريتمي، اولويت‌بندي شد كه نتايج آن نشان داد كه در بين مناظر كارت امتيازي متوازن، منظر «فرآيندهاي داخلي» بالاترين اولويت را به خود اختصاص داد و به ترتيب در بين شاخص‌هاي منظر فرآيندهاي داخلي، «فشار رقيبان»، در بين شاخص‌هاي منظر رشد‌ و ‌يادگيري، «فشار مقرراتي»، در بين شاخص‌هاي منظر مشتري، «فشار بازار» و در بين شاخص‌هاي منظر مالي، «سود اقتصادي» بالاترين اولويت را به خود اختصاص دادند.

Today, in the worlds intensive and competitive environment with the existence of different industries which result increases of environmental pollution and its destructive consequence many different organization are concerned with environmental issues in supply chain and selecting the appropriate strategic indicators in green supply chain management which is one of the most important approaches for improvement in the competitive world. Since Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company is one of the major polluting industries in the country, in this study the aim is to identify and prioritize strategic green supply chain indicators for the Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Company. For this reason, after extracting the strategic green supply chain indicators and by putting these indicators in the form of balanced scorecards, using Delphi technique, the final model of development strategic supply chain management was obtained and finally, using the logarithmic fuzzy preference programming was prioritized. According to result, among balanced scorecard perspective, internal processes alocated the highest priority. Among the indicators of internal processes Competitor Pressures, Growth & learning perspective Regulatory Pressures, Customer Market Pressures, Financial perspective Economic Benefii are considered to allocate the highest priorities, respectively
