ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻛـﻼس ﻫـﺎ ي آﻣـﻮزش ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده در اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﭘـﺬﻳﺮي ﻣـﺴﻴﺮ ﺷـﻐﻠﻲ داﻧـﺶ آﻣـﻮزان ﺳـﺎل اول دﺑﻴﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ ﺑـﺎ ﭘـﻴﺶ-آزﻣﻮن و ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن در دو ﮔـﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘـﺮل و آزﻣـﺎﻳﺶ اﺳـﺖ ﻣﺘﻐﻴـﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ آﻣﻮزش ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده و ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ا ﻧﻄﺒﺎقﭘﺬﻳﺮي ﻣﺴﻴﺮ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﻠﻴـﻪ داﻧـﺶ آﻣـﻮزان دﺧﺘـﺮ ﺳـﺎل اول دﺑﻴﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺳﻘﺰ در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻠﻲ 91-92 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﻳﻚ ﻣﺪرﺳﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺳﭙﺲ30 ﻧﻔـﺮ از داﻧﺶآﻣﻮزان و ﻣﺎدران آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗـﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در دو ﮔـﺮوه آزﻣـﺎﻳﺶ و ﻛﻨﺘـﺮل ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣـﺪت7 ﺟﻠـﺴﻪ 1/20 ﺳـﺎﻋﺘﻪ آﻣـﻮزش ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده را درﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﻛﺮدﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻫﺮ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ 1 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ2 ﺳﺎﻋﺘﻪ و ﺣـﺪود ﻳﻚ ﻣﺎه و ﻧﻴﻢ آﻣﻮزش ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻃﻮل ﻛﺸﻴﺪ ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫـﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤـﻚ آزﻣـﻮن اﻧﻄﺒـﺎق ﭘـﺬﻳﺮي ﻣـﺴﻴﺮ ﺷـﻐﻠ ﻲ ﻳﻮﺳـﻔﻲ1390 ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﺸﺎن دادن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﮔـﺮوه ﻫـﺎ، اﺑﺘـﺪا ﻣﻴـﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ و اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﻴﺎر ﮔﺮوه ﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ و ﮔـﻮاه ﻣﺤﺎﺳـﺒﻪ ﺷـﺪ و ﺳـﭙﺲ از ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻛﻮارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮه ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻧﻬـﺎﻳﻲ داده ﻫـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺎ درﻧﻈﺮﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﻧﻤﺮات ﭘﻴﺶآزﻣﻮن ﺑـﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮان ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻫﻢﭘﺮاش ﻛﻤﻜﻲ، ﻣﺪاﺧﻼت ﺑﻪ ﺗﻔـﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨـﺎدار ﺑـﻴﻦ ﮔـﺮوه آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ(0/001 =P). ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﻛﻼسﻫـﺎ ي آﻣﻮزش ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد اﺑﻌﺎد اﻧﻄﺒﺎقﭘﺬﻳﺮي ﺷـﻐﻠﻲ ﻛﻨﺠﻜـﺎوي و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد, دﻏﺪﻏﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was aimed to
examine effectiveness of family training classes in
career adaptability of first grade high school
students. The research method was quasiexperimental
with pretest-posttest and control
group. Independent variable is family training and
dependent variable is career adaptability. The
study population consisted of all first grade high
school girl students of Saqez city in 2012-2013
academic years. At first a school was selected by
random sampling and then 30 students and their
mothers were selected by using simple random
sampling and were randomly assigned to two
experimental and control groups. Experimental
group for 7 sessions (1.20 hour) received family
training in each week and it took 1.5 months for
experimental group. Data was collect by Yousefi's
Adaptability Career Scale (2011). To illustrate the
difference between groups, the mean and standard
deviation of experimental and control groups were
calculated and multivariate regression analysis
was used for data analysis. The results showed
that with regard to pre-test scores as variable
diffraction (help)interventions have led to
significant difference between experimental and
control groups (P=0.001). This means that family
training classes had impact on improvement of
career adaptability (curiosity and trust, concern).
