چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻫﻤﺎل ﻛﺎري ﺷﻐﻠﻲ، وﺳﻮاس و ﻫﻮش ﻫﻴﺠﺎﻧﻲ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻛﺎرﻣﻨﺪان داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت، آزاد و ﭘﻴﺎم ﻧﻮر ﺷﻬﺮ اﻳﻼم اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻌﺪاد اﻓﺮاد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ 379 ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺗﻌﺪاد 159 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ و ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ-ﮔﻴﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺳﺎده اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻫﻤﺎلﻛﺎري ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ،ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد وﺳﻮاس ﻓﻜﺮي-ﻋﻤﻠﻲ ﻳﻞ و ﺑﺮون 1989، و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻫﻴﺠﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﺮاوﻳﺲ ﺑﺮادﺑﺮي و ﺟﻴﻦ ﮔﺮﻳﻮز( ﺑﻮده ﻛﻪ اﻋﺘﺒﺎر) ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻲ( ﻫﺮﻛﺪام ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺿﺮﻳﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﻛﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 93/، 83/، 82/ ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي آﻣﺎر اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﻲ ﻫﻢ-ﭼﻮن ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﭘﻴﺮﺳﻮن و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻫﻤﺎلﻛﺎري ﺑﺎ وﺳﻮاس در ﻛﺎرﻣﻨﺪان داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي آزاد، ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت و ﭘﻴﺎم ﻧﻮر راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد، ﺑﻴﻦ اﻫﻤﺎﻟﻜﺎري و ﻫﻮش ﻫﻴﺠﺎﻧﻲ در ﻛﺎرﻣﻨﺪان داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻳﺎد ﺷﺪه راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻢﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻫﻤﺎل ﻛﺎري و ﻫﻮش ﻫﻴﺠﺎﻧﻲ در ﻛﺎرﻣﻨﺪان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﺎﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع اﻫﻤﺎلﻛﺎري و ﻫﻢﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ آﻣﻮزش ﺑﻮدن ﻫﻮش ﻫﻴﺠﺎﻧﻲ و ﻗﺎﺑﻞ درﻣﺎن ﺑﻮدن وﺳﻮاس ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰاﻧﻲ اﻫﻤﺎلﻛﺎري را در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of the present research is
investigating relationship between job procrastination
and obsessive -compulsive among employees of
Universities research and science, Azad and
Payamenoor in 2016. The research population in the
present study is including 379 cases that 159 cases of
them were selected as research sample that were
selected by random method. Research instrument is
including three questionnaires of (research made
questionnairesof job negligence, standard questionnaire
of think- practice obsession by Yel and Brown (1989)
and EQ questionnaire by Trawis and Bradberi and Jon
Grivez that their reliability are ./93, 0.83 and 0.82. for
data analysis, beside to descriptive statistics, inferential
statistics including correlation coefficient of Pearson
and Regression analysis. The findings of the present
research indicated a positive and significant relationship
between job procrastination and obsessive among
employees of Azad, research and science and
Payamenoor Universities and there is a negative
relationship between job procrastination and EQ among
employees of these Universities. Also there is a positive
and significant relationship between job procrastination
and EQ among employees of these Universities.
Regarding to the importance of job procrastination and
capability of teaching EQ and capability of obsession
treatment, it can decrease job procrastination in a
significant rate.
