عدالت سياسي در انديشه شهيد مطهري و راولز در يك نگاه تطبيقي

The Political Justice in the Thought of Shahid Motaharia and Rawlz in a Comparative Look

عدالت سياسي به عنوان يكي از دغدغه هاي جامعه ي در كنار مفاهيمي مانند آزادي، امنيت و دموكراسي همواره مورد توجه بوده است و در اين مسير انديشمندان و متفكرين در تعريف از عدالت و راه رسيدن به آن به بيان نظريات خود پرداخته اند. شهيد مطهري نيز از جمله متفكرين عدالت خواه در رديف انديشمنداني قرار دارد كه بر اساس آموزه هاي ديني و اسلامي نظريات خود را در مورد اين مسئله بيان كرده است. از اين رو هدف اين پژوهش بررسي عدالت سياسي در انديشه ي ايشان بوده است و به اين پرسش پرداخته كه عدالت سياسي در انديشه ي شهيد مطهري چه جايگاهي دارد؟ يافته هاي پژوهش با روش توصيفي تحليلي و با استفاده از نظريه عدالت سياسي جان راولز حكايت از اين دارد

The political justice as one of the human community concerns has been constantly considered along the concepts such as liberty, security and democracy because of its position and its background in the religions and political schools and in this way, intellectuals and scholars have stated opinions in the definition of justice and the way to achieve it. Shahid Motahari who is an advocate of justice is of the intellectuals who has expressed his opinions about this issue based on the religious and Islamic teachings. The goal of this paper is to study the political justice in the thought of Shahid Motahari and argues this question what the position of the political justice is in the thought of Shahid Motahari. The findings with the descriptive- analytic method and with using the political justice theory of John Rawls indicate that the political justice in the opinion of Shahid Motahari is the political justice is part of the social justice and tit considers principles such as liberty, democracy and practicing laws originated from the real human rights as the justice pillars and social balance.
