The Slaughter Device Material

اهميّت استفاده از گوشت مذكّي(غذاي حلال) براي مؤمنان و دغدغه ­اي كه براي آن­ها نسبت به اين موضوع با وجود وسيله­ هاي جديد ذبح پيدا شده و همچنين نيازي كه به آن وسايل در جامعة گستردۀ امروزي وجود دارد، موجب شده امروزه يكي از مسايل مبتلابه احكام وسيلة ذبح باشد كه يكي از احكام مرتبط با آن، جنس آن وسيله­ ها مي­ باشد. برخي از محققان امروزي قايل ­اند: جنس وسيله ذبح موضوعيتي نداشته و با هر وسيله تيزي مي­توان حيوانات را ذبح نمود، درحالي­كه اين ادعا مخالف با اجماع منقولي­ست كه آهني بودن وسيلة ذبح را نزد اماميه از شروط تحقق تذكيه مي­ داند. از اين­ رو، در اين مقاله، دلايل محققان مورد بررسي قرار گرفت كه به نظر رسيد اين دليل ­ها از اثبات ادعا و مخالفت با اجماع عاجزند، امّا آن چيزي كه به ­عنوان يافتة اين پژوهش مي­ توان نام برد اينست: درست است بگوييم آهني بودن وسيلة ذبح موضوعيّتي ندارد، امّا نمي­ توان با هر وسيله تيزي حيوان را ذبح كرد، بلكه بايد آن وسيله از ادوات مخصوص قطع باشد؛ زيرا مراد از آهن در روايات ابزارهاي مخصوص قطع مي­ باشد.

Due to the importance of using lawful meat (halal food) for believers and the concerns they feel on the issue that how the animal whose meat is being used is slaughtered have required the Islamic law give answers to these concerns. The inventions of new devices for slaughtering with respect to the growing demand of the societies to such devices has made the Islamic jurisprudence propose the respective rulers for them. The question in this regard is that what is the slaughtering material device? Some scholars believe that the slaughtering material device does not matter and any sharp device is acceptable for slaughtering, while this claim fails to accord with the transmitted consensus which necessitates that the slaughtering device material must be a kind of metal given the condition of lawful meat slaughtering to be satisfied. Therefore, this paper has focused on the aforementioned researchers’ and scholars’ arguments which fail to prove this claim and are not able to oppose the consensus. However, the findings of this research is that while the metal material device does not matter but any sharp material device cannot be used for slaughtering and slaughtering device should be of specific cutting materials, as the word metal- hadid- in the traditions of bāb relate to the specific devices of cutting.
