Ayatollah Borujerdi`s approach to the government foundation

با وجود اشتهار ديدگاه آيت‌الله بروجردي در گسترۀ اختيارات حكومتيِ فقيه در عصر غيبت، اختياراتي مضيق‌تر و محدودتر از آنچه به شيخ انصاري منسوب است و محدود به ضروريات اجتماعي مي‌شود، به آيت‌الله بروجردي نسبت داده شده است. اين تحقيق، ضمن نقد اين ديدگاه، معتقد است كه با روش‌شناسي صحيح فهم ديدگاه آيت‌الله بروجردي، درمي‌يابيم ايشان قائل به اختياراتي گسترده براي فقيه در عصر غيبت بوده است. بر اين اساس، اين تحقيق از روش فهم متن به‌مثابه روش نقد استفاده كرده و فهم متن را با توجه به عناويني چون روش بحث، مباني ماتن، زمينه و زمانه، فهم و تقرير شاگردان، عبارات همسو و غير همسو و نگرش جامع به متن، مورد توجه قرار داده و نظريه مشهور را براي آيت‌الله بروجردي ثابت دانسته است.

Despite the renown of Ayatollah Boroujerdi`s attitude to the Faqih`s vast governmental powers in the age of occultation, the narrower and more limited powers than what are attributed to Sheikh Ansari and confined to social necessities, have been ascribed to Ayatollah Boroujerdi. While criticizing the mentioned outlook, the author believes that according to a right methodology for understanding the Ayatollah Borujerdi`s viewpoint, we can find that his Excellency has granted a large number of powers to a Faqih (Muslim jurisprudent) in the era of occultation. Consequently, this research has used the method of understanding the text as a way of criticism and considered understanding a text with attention to some titles such as method of discussion, author`s bases, context and time, disciples` understanding and recitation, same and different phrases and a comprehensive attitude to a text, and ascribed the famous doctrine to Ayatollah Brujerdi.
