مبادلات پولي در فقه اسلامي «بيع صرف يا بيع الاثمان» ناميده مي‌شود. مشهور اماميه صحت بيع صرف را به سه شرط «مثلاً بمثل»، «يداً بيد» و «تقابض در مجلس» منوط نمودهاند. باوجوداين، فقيهان اماميه در اعتبار شروط بيع صرف دربارۀ معاملات ارزي، باوجود مشترك‌الموضوع بودن آنها، اختلاف‌نظر دارند. با بررسي مباني روايي بايد گفت رعايت شروط نقد بودن (يداً بيد) و تساوي در مقدار (مثلاً بمثل) در معاملات ارزي جهت جلوگيري از ربا الزامي است؛ افزون‌ براين، تقابض در مجلس در معاملات پولي‌اي كه عوضين (ارزها) داراي واحد مشترك است، شرط نيست؛ زيرا اختلاف ناشي از نوسانات قيمت در آنها منتفي است. باوجوداين، در معاملاتي كه واحد پول‌ها متفاوت است، به‌دليل رفع اختلافات ناشي از نوسانات قيمت، تقابض در مجلس را بايد شرط دانست.

Monetary exchanges in Islamic jurisprudence as a title of cash sale are presented and mentioned their necessary terms. there are three conditions according to Imamate`s famous opinion: equality in amount, paying in cash, , and taking possession in one session. Imamate jurists have different opinions regarding the validity of terms for cash sale in foreign exchange transactions, in spite of they are common issue. By investigating the foundations of traditions, it should be said that compliance of the two first conditions i.e. equality in amount and paying in cash for the currency transactions and preventing usury are necessary. Similarly, it must be noted that taking possession in one session in monetary exchanges whichcurrencies have common unit, is not a condition, because differences caused by price Fluctuations in them is negative. But because of Resolving Disagreements caused by price Fluctuations in transactions which currencies are different, taking possession in one session should be regarded as a condition.
