چكيده فارسي :
در ادبيات معماري منظر مفهوم منظر همواره با دو وجه عينيت و ذهنيت پيوند خورده و پيوندي ناگسستني ميان انسان و محيط را به نمايش گذاشته است. رابطه‌اي تنگاتنگ و درهم تنيده از مسايل كيفي و كمي كه امر شناخت و به تبع آن ارزيابي آن را مشكل مي‌سازد. در طول تاريخ منظر و به خصوص در ساليان اخير تلاش‌هاي زيادي براي ارزيابي منظر و وجوه مختلف آن شده است كه در اكثر آنها سعي شده است با جداسازي وجه عيني از وجه ذهني و ارزيابي عددي هر يك به تفكيك به ارزيابي منظر بپردازند. گاه كالبد محيط مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته است و گاه ادراكات انساني از محيط، گاه ارزيابي منظر را به سمت و سويي زيست‌محيطي سوق داده كه با نگاهي اكولوژيك به آن توجه شده، گاه آن را عينيتي فارغ از انسان و ذهن او در نظر گرفته و گاه منظر را ذهنيتي مجرد تلقي كرده است.
ليكن به نظر مي‌رسد براي ارزيابي مفهوم منظر نياز به هم‌زماني فرآيند ارزيابي عيني و ذهني و كشف روابط في مابين اين دو است. از اين رو اين پژوهش سعي دارد با گردآوري و دسته‌بندي اسناد كتابخانه‌اي شامل روش‌هاي مختلف ارزيابي منظر در حوزه‌هاي مختلف عيني و ذهني و به تحليل آنها به شيوه استنتاجي و استنباطي بپردازد و به بررسي روش‌هاي موجود ارزيابي منظر و شناخت و تحليل آن دست يافته و مدلي براي ارزيابي منظر پيشنهاد دهد.

In landscape architecture, the concept of landscape has always been linked to two facets namely objectivity and subjectivity, and it has shown an inseparable bond between humanand the environment. The tight-knit and intertwined relationship of the qualitative and quantitative issues makes it difficult to understand and, consequently, to evaluate the landscape conceptt. During the history of landscape, and especially in recent years, many efforts have been made to assess the landscape and its various aspects. Most research has attempted to separate objective aspects from the subjective ones and numerically evaluate each one separately in a landscape assessment. Previous studies have evaluated the physique of environment , and human perceptions of the environment, some strands of studies have assessed the landscape assessed from the environmental aspect and investigated it ecologically , Some researchers have considered it objectively regardless of humans and their minds while , some have s viewed it as merely subjective issue .
ITo assess the concept of landscape, it is necessary to simultaneously evaluate the objective and subjective process and discover the relations between them. Therefore, this research is an attempt to collect and organize library documents, including different methods of landscape evaluation in various objective and subjective fields, and to analyze them deductively and, and to study the existing methods, and suggest a model for landscape assessment.
