تحليلي بر خدمات امدادرساني پايگاه هاي جاده اي هلال احمر و اورژانس 115 در استان كرمان

The analysis of relief services of Red Crescent Society road bases and road Emergency bases in Kerman province

مقدمه: هلال‌احمر و اورژانس در كشور در زمينه ارائه خدمات در حوادث جاده‌اي با مشكلات متعددي روبه‌رو هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحليلي بر خدمات امدادرساني پايگاه‌هاي جاده‌اي هلال‌احمر و اورژانس 115 در استان كرمان از ديدگاه مديران دو سازمان است. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي است و در انتخاب نمونه‌ها از روش نمونه‌گيري آسان استفاده شد. افراد موردمطالعه 44 نفر از مديران ارشد هلال‌احمر و اورژانس 115 شاغل در استان كرمان بودند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها چك‌ليست و پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته بود كه براي تأييد روايي آن از نظر تخصصي اساتيد دانشگاه و كارشناسان خبره استفاده شد و پايايي دروني آن توسط ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ معادل 0/76تخمين زده شد. چك‌ليست‌ها با مشاهدۀ مستقيم پژوهشگر از پايگاه‌هاي دو سازمان تكميل و پرسشنامه به‌صورت حضوري بين پاسخگويان توزيع و جمع‌آوري شد. داده‌ها توسط آزمون‌هاي آماري توصيفي و با نرم‌افزار 18-‌SPSS تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: براساس يافته‌ها، 95 درصد مديران توانايي امدادگران هلال‌احمر در فوريت‌ها پزشكي در حوادث را كم مي‌دانند. 54/5 درصد نيز با واگذاري امور امدادرساني به تصادفات جاده‌اي به يك سازمان ديگر موافق بودند.84 درصد، تغيير ماهيت پايگاه‌ها از داوطلبي به خدماتي- اورژانسي و استخدام امدادگران با فرصت ارتقاي سطح علمي را مهم دانستند. همچنين، 63 درصد مديران هر دو سازمان بر اين عقيده‌ بودند كه آموزش مردم و رانندگان در كاهش ميزان تلفات ناشي از تصادف جاده‌اي بسيار مؤثر است. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه نيروهاي امدادگر پايگاه‌هاي هلال‌احمر در زمينۀ اقدامات پيش‌بيمارستاني متخصص نيستند، آمبولانس‌هاي هلال‌احمر فاقد تجهيزات پزشكي كافي مي‌باشند و اورژانس 115 فاقد تجهيزات نجات مي‌باشد. از‌اين‌رو، تغيير ماهيت پايگاه‌ها از داوطلبي به خدماتي و استخدام امدادگران با فرصت ارتقاي سطح علمي به‌عنوان راهكارهاي بهبود توصيه مي‌شود.

Background: Red Crescent Society and Emergencies in the country are facing serious problems in providing services for road accidents. The main goal of the present study was to analyze the quality of relief services of Red Crescent Society and Emergency 115 bases in Kerman province from the viewpoint of their managers. Method: In this descriptive survey, 44 senior managers of Red Crescent Society and Emergency 115 bases were selected using a convenience sampling approach to be investigated. The data were collected via a self-report questionnaire and checklists. The questionnaire validity was established through experts’ opinion, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was estimated to be (0/76) for the questionnaire. The checklists were completed by direct observation from both Red Crescent Society and Emergencies bases and the questionnaire were distributed among the subjects by the researcher. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical indices and SPSS-18. Findings: The findings indicated that about 95% of managers under rated the ability of relief personnel in Red Crescent Society to respond to the medical emergency cares during road accidents. About 54.5% agreed with the assignment of road accidents relief to another organization, about 84% of managers believed that the nature of the bases should change from volunteering services through community contribution to actual emergency services, and employing relief personnel with the opportunity to upgrade their professional knowledge, and skills through the time. About 63% of the managers from both organizations believed that public education is effective for preventing most road accidents. Conclusion: The relief personnel in Red Crescent Society bases are not specialized in the field of pre-hospital measures. Moreover, Red Crescent Society ambulances do not have enough medical equipment and Emergency 115 has no rescue equipment. Therefore, it is recommended to change the nature of the bases from volunteering to emergency services and employing relief personnel with the opportunity to upgrade their professional knowledge, and skills through the time as improvement strategies.
