Identification of Ranking Indexes of Medical Universities in the Northeast of the Country

مقدمه: دانشگاه ها و مراكز آموزش عالي، به عنوان نهادهاي دانش محور نقش كليدي در توسعه كشورها دارند و عملكرد آنها در حوزه هاي مختلف بايد ارزيابي شود. رتبه بندي يكي از ابزارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد، رقابت پذيري و موفقيت دانشگاه ها به شمار مي آيد. رتبه بندياي مطلوب است كه برگرفته از رسالت هاي كليدي نظام آموزش عالي باشد به گونه اي كه با اجراي آن، شاهد تغيير رفتار موسسات در مسير اهداف كلان باشيم. هدف از بررسي مقاله حاضر شناسايي شاخص هاي رتبه بندي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي شمال شرق كشور مي باشد. روش كار: در اين مقاله، به شناسايي شاخص هاي رتبه بندي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي شمال شرق كشور پرداختيم كه از 119 گزاره 27 كد اصلي استخراج و كدها در 7 محور گروه بندي شدند. براي رتبه بندي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كاركردهاي اصلي در نظر گرفته شده است براي انتخاب معيارهاي مناسب بر اساس تحليل محتوا صورت گرفته و مهمترين مفاهيم هر معيار معرفي گرديد. نوع مطالعه مقاله حاضر مطالعه كيفي مي باشد. يافته ها: نتايج بررسي نشان مي دهد كه نظام هاي رتبه بندي موجود جامع نبوده و عمدتاً با مشكلاتي در زمينه هاي كيفيت، وزن معيارها، عدم رعايت استانداردها مواجه هستند، نتايج نهايي پژوهش نشان مي دهد تاثيرگذارترين كدهاي هر معيار به ترتيب استانداردسازي، عوامل آموزش، شاخص حاكميتي، پژوهش، شاخص توسعه كيفي بوده است. نتيجه گيري: نتايج نهايي پژوهش نشان مي دهد تاثيرگذارترين كدهاي هر معيار به ترتيب استانداردسازي، عوامل آموزش، شاخص حاكميتي، پژوهش، شاخص توسعه كيفي بوده است.

Introduction: Universities and higher education institutions, as knowledge-based institutions, play a key role in the development of countries, and their performance in different domains should be evaluated. Ranking is one of the tools for assessing performance, competitiveness, and success of universities. It is desirable to rank, as one of the key missions of the higher education system, so that, with its implementation, institutions can change on the path to reach their goals. Methods: In this study, the researchers identified the ranking indixes of the Northeast Universities of Medical Sciences, extracted from 119 citations of 27 original codes and categorized to seven branches. For the ranking of the medical sciences university, the main functions were considered. This was done to select appropriate criteria based on content analysis and the most important concepts of each criterion were introduced. Results: The results of the survey show that the existing rating systems are not comprehensive and mainly due to problems in the fields of quality, weight Criteria are met by non-observance of standards. Conclusions: The final results of the research show that the most influential codes of each criterion were standardization, training factors, governance index, research, qualitative development index.
