Abstract :
In the last decades, iran population has got a quick growth. In 1986 to 2006 country population from 49.4 million reached to 70.4 million people. In these years, urbanization growth has been quick, too; as in these three last decades, in 1976 to 2006, city population reached from 15.8 million to 48.2 million people. The quick growth of urbanization was along with irregular body expansion and un-balanced establishment of population in cities. Negligence of this problem has caused destruction of historical cultural identity of city centers and also, relocation of population has caused urban poverty that has exacerbated social, body, functional and economical irregularities in these parts. Forming the city spaces and their reformation and modernization without considering geographical environment creates urbanization without identity. Today the cities that are being created un-coordinated and non-uniform to geographical environment structure are called the cities without identity. Biological complexes should be coordinated with geographical environment structure-natural environment structure and human-made environment or cultural environment.
