Abstract :
The aim of this study is to evaluate life skills education on mental health and selfefficiency.
This is an experimental study with a sample size of random sampling
of a school, and two groups of 30 students were chosen as the experimental
control.The data were collected by questionnaires. The trainings were performed
by eight sessions (every one 50-minute) and one session for every week. In this
study, three variables and six hypotheses were tested. After data collection,
analysis of covariance was used to test the hypotheses test. Significant difference
for the mean scores f (Levine) is used.
To validate the model statistical hypothesis Kolmogorov and smirnov tests were
used. Analysis results show that life skills training increase social self-efficacy,
mental health components especially anxiety and depression.
