Relationships of molecular surface electrostatic potentials to some macroscopic properties Original Research Article

An approach to quantifying key features of the electrostatic potential on the surface of a molecule is reviewed. Analytical relationships for heat of fusion, surface tension, and liquid and crystal densities are presented and discussed.
