Abstract :
We analyze both the spatial as well as the temporal coherence of an electron–hole condensate and the radiation emitted from it. These coherences evolve from being full for the low density Bose–Einstein condensate to a chaotic behavior for a high density Bardeen–Cooper–Schrieffer-like state. Time coherence is transferred, to the emitted radiation in the ultrafast regime, in a damped oscillatory way.
