Abstract :
BEDO-TTF molecules were intercalated into tetrasilicicfluormica to obtain a 2D conductive material insulated by silicate layers. The structure and electronic properties of BEDO-TTF–tetrasilicicfluormica obtained were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction, electrical conductivity and spectroscopic measurements, and a partial oxidization state of BEDO-TTF was observed to be formed between the silicate layers.
