Abstract :
It is found that the c- Zr1−xErxW2O8−x/2 solid solutions which are well known to have isotropic NTE properties clearly exhibit oxygen-ionic conductance and their ionic conductivities are measured to be about 10−4 S cm−1 at 673 K, which is comparable to that of ceria-based solid electrolytes.
