Abstract :
An extended Blonder–Tinkham–Klapwijk (BTK) approach is applied to study the spin polarized transport in ferromagnetic semiconductor/ferromagnetic p -wave superconductor ( FS/F p S ) junctions. It is demonstrated that the normalization conductance strongly depends not only on the kinds of holes (heavy or light) in the FS and pairings for the F p S but also on the relative orientations of the effective exchange field in the FS and F p S . In triplet superconductor junctions zero-energy Andreev bound states (ABS) and proximity effect can coexist with each other. This property may serve as a method to identify the triplet symmetry of ferromagnetic superconductors.
