Abstract :
The one-dimensional exchange experiment ODESSA (Gérardy-Montouillout et al., J. Magn. Reson. A 123 (1996) 7–15) has been applied for measuring spectral spin diffusion rate constants between chemically equivalent 13C spins in carbonyl groups. The feasibility of using these spin diffusion rate constants for determining intermolecular distances up to 9 Å has been tested on some singly labeled model compounds.
