Abstract :
The aim of the current study was to investigate the mediation role of organizational intelligence in relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational citizenship behavior. The data were gathered from the staff in Islamic Azad University, Isfahan (Khorasgan) Branch and the method of data analysis was based on correlational design. On the basis of Krejcie and Morganʹs table (1970), 176 staff members were selected based on simple randomized design from the staff population of Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch (321 members). Data collection instruments consisted of Chiva et al. (2007) questionnaire for Organizational Learning Capabilities, Albrechtʹs (2003) Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire and Kernodleʹs (2007) questionnaire of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The questionnairesʹ reliability was also calculated and they were reliable due to Cronbachʹs Alpha coefficient of .94, .94 and .79 respectively. Content and Face validity of the questionnaires were approved by the experts. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation, stepwise multiple regression, post hoc tests and Structural Equation Modelling. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between Organizational Learning Capabilities and its components on the one hand and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour on the other. Furthermore, a significant correlation was also observed between Organizational Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of Structural Equation Modelling showed that Organizational Intelligence was mediating the relation between Organizational Learning Capabilities and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. The model was found appropriate regarding Fit and Data Fit Indices in a way that GFI, CFI and RMSEA were equal to .97, .98 and .06 respectively.
