Abstract :
Eu-complex layers are embedded into Be-complex layers to form a multi-quantum-well (MQW) structure. The electroluminescent (EL) spectra of the MQW EL devices depend on the drive voltage, and the possibility of this type of device as voltage indicators is introduced. An efficient, pure red single layer type of EL device based on a copolymer containing carbazole hole transporting pendant group, the same Eu complex pendant group, and methyl methacrylate backbone is also reported.
