Abstract :
In this work we present the results of our research on the microstructure of three EUROFER97-based ODS steels using different characterization techniques. As-received material microstructure is fully ferritic with grain boundaries decorated with carbides and some V-rich inclusions. The austenite tranformation temperature varies from one alloy to another as high as 90 °C. V-rich inclusions precipitation is enhanced after aging at 700 °C in He/0.1% H atmosphere.
