Abstract :
Paying attention to SMEs and the development of clusters in the Iran has been considered in the recent years, but it seems at policy and implementation level of the cluster development model; we need basic researches. First step towards the development of clusters is identification of clusters’ activity fields and also local and country mapping of clusters.In this article, we review the identification model of clusterʹs activity fields. The model was examined in Kurdistan province. Based on this model, 20 clusters were identified and prioritized. One of these clusters went to development phase by selecting Cluster Development Agent (CDA), which is the author of this article.
