Analyzing the Effects of Implementing the Shop Floor Control System by CCR method and Calculating the OEE of Workstations

Defining the effective plans (for different layers and periods) in manufacturing systems is an imperative duty of production managers because it can improve the productivity and production cycles. In this article, the effects of SFC system in a manufacturing system (that has 6 workstations and 4 products) are analyzed. At first, the operation and their durations are determined and the inputs and products of them are sampled and the productivity of this system is calculated. These results are the primary information to compare the system situation before and after SFC implementation. Then, the SFC system is implemented and the results of MPS, SFC and RCCP of production line are investigated. After that, the productivity, %Materials Consuming, Inventory of Sets and production are compared and positive effects of SFC are illustrated. Besides, the new model and improved results are investigated by CCR (a method of DEA) and for each workstation, the value of total distribution is calculated. Then, the values of OEE for them are analyzed. Finally, the software information system is suggested in order to facilitate implementation of this system in manufacturing system.
