Investigating the challenges of the effective implementation of e-learning courses at Payame Noor University of Dehloran

مقدمه: امروزه با توجه به دگرگوني‌ها و تحولات جوامع كنوني، آموزش الكترونيكي نقش مهمي را در دسترسي به آموزش در همه جا، همه وقت و به همه كس ايفا مي‌كند. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي پياده‌سازي اثربخش دوره‌هاي آموزش الكترونيكي در دانشگاه پيام‌نور است. روش‌: اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي بوده كه با استفاده از روش پيمايشي انجام شده است. جامعه آماري متشكل از 1823 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام‌نور دهلران در سال 1393 است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان و كرجسي 318 نفر تعيين و از طريق روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه‌اي، 109 نفر مرد و 209 زن انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. روايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر جمعي از متخصصان و كارشناسان تاييد و پايايي پرسشنامه 86/0 محاسبه شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون كولموگروف- اسميرونوف و دوجمله‌اي نسبت‌ها و نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 20 استفاده شد. نتايج: يافته‌ها نشان داد كه از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام‌نور توجه به مولفه‌هاي چالش‌هاي رفتاري، چالش‌هاي آموزشي، چالش‌هاي انساني و چالش‌هاي فني- مهندسي در راستاي پياده‌سازي اثربخش دوره‌هاي آموزش الكترونيكي در دانشگاه پيام‌نور بيش از پيش ضروري مي‌باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: در راستاي بسترسازي، ترويج و تسهيل دستيابي به اهداف دانشگاه پيام‌نور ضروري است كه سياست‌گذاران و برنامه‌ريزان دانشگاه پيام‌نور قبل از پياده‌سازي دوره‌هاي آموزش اثربخش الكترونيكي در دانشگاه پيام‌نور ضمن بررسي وضعيت موجود، چالش‌ها و محدوديت‌هاي آموزش الكترونيكي را شناسايي كرده و در راستاي چشم‌انداز دانشگاه پيام‌نور گام بردارند.

Introduction: Considering the transformations and developments of the contemporary societies, e-learning education plays a significant role in gaining access to education everywhere, at all time and for everyone. The aim of this study is to investigate the challenges of effective implementation of e-learning courses at Payame Noor University of Dehloran. Method: The method used in this research is a descriptive study which employed the survey method. The statistical population comprises 1823 students at PNU of Dehloran in 2014 and 318 (109 males and 209 females) of them were selected as sample by using Morgan and Krejcie table. The tool for collecting data was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by experts and the reliability was found as 0.86 by using Cronbachʹs Alpha. The data were analyzed via Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, sample T and Binomial proportions using the SPSS software, version 20. Results: The results illustrated that the behavioral, educational, technical challenges and challenges of human are necessary for effective implementation of e-learning courses in studentʹs view. Conclusion: In terms of infrastructure, promotion, facilitating and achieving the goals of Payame Noor University, it is necessary that policymakers and planners of Payame Noor University study the current situation, challenges and limitations of e-learning education before implementing e-learning courses. This can make them move toward the vision of PMU.
