Abstract :
We investigate some qualitative behavior of a vector-borne disease model. Specially, we study local as well as global asymptotic stability of both disease-free and endemic equilibria of the model under certain parametric conditions. Furthermore, global behavior of diseasefree equilibrium is investigated by constructing Lyapunov function, while global behavior of endemic equilibrium is discussed through geometric approach. Numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the theoretical discussion.
