Abstract
This paper shows the possible methods for multi-objective planning in agricultural enterprises. The success of every organization depends, among other things, on the ability to make the right decision. In practice managers often meet multi-criteria decision problems. As regards the choice of the best decision, it is very important for a decision problem to be analysed in detail from various points of view. This case study shows the multi-objective simplex algorithm and multiple attribute analysis applications in the planning and creation of crop rotation in the Hanka Mochov agricultural enterprise. Firstly, the possible solutions were found out solving the multi-objective linear model with three main criteria. Nine perspective solutions were thus obtained. Secondly, these perspective solutions were analysed according to the whole set of 12 criteria using methods of multiple attribute analysis. Based on this analysis, the management chose a compromised variant. This variant was later recommended for the application
