Abstract :
A small series of highly hindered carbamates were prepared. The new compounds contain structurally related components found in agents with known anti-cancer properties. Condensation of 4 nitrophenylisocyanate with substituted phenols gave the target molecules. Final conditions for the condensation employed dry toluene as the solvent and triethylamine as the base. The new carbamates were fully characterized by elemental and spectral analyses.

تم تحضير مجموعة من مركبات الكربامات ذات التزاخم الفراغي العالي تحتوي هذه المركبات الجديدة على أجزاء مكونات مماثلة في التركيب لأجزاء موجودة في مواد عوامل ذات خواص مضادة للسرطان تفاعلات التكاثف بين 4 أنيتروفينيل آيزوسيانات مع مركبات الفينول المحتوية على مجاميع استبدال تعطي المركبات المطلوبة في المرحلة الأخيرة من تفاعل التكاثف تم استخدام التولوين المخفف كمذيب، كما استخدم ثلاثي ايثيل أمين كعامل قاعدي مركبات الكربامات الجديدة تم التعرف عليها بواسطة تحليل العناصر و التحاليل الطيفية
