STUDY OF ADAPTING TEAM ASSESSMENT SCALE, HELPFUL AND UNHELPFUL ASPECTS OF TEAM RELATIONSHIPS SCALE AND MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION IN THE TEAM SCALE TO TURKISH LANGUAGE

However, there is a need to evaluate people’ attitudes towards to the teamwork in proper ways with a valid and reliable measuring instrument in Turkey. This study was conducted to meet this need and the main purpose of this study was to determine the validity and reliability of Team Assessment Scale, Helpful and Unhelpful Aspects of Team Relationships Scale and Motivation and Satisfaction in the Team Scale in Turkish society. The reliability study of these scales conducted on 486 teachers. The factor analysis had been applied in order to define the structural validity. In addition to the descriptive factor analysis, validating factor analysis had also been applied to the scale. As a result of this study, it was determined that scales can be accepted as a valid and reliable tool which can be used in Turkish society.
