Abstract :
Objective: To present the facts related to services of pediatric congenital heart surgery and its results at CPE Institute of cardiology, Multan. Material and Methods: Retrospective analysis of electronic database of department of Cardiac Surgery, CPEIC, Multan Place and Duration: CPE Institute of Cardiology from January 2014 to December 2015. Results: We operated total 409 cases in calendar year 2014 (n=193) and 2015 (n=2016) with operative mortality of 0.51% and 0.46% respectively. Conclusion: Initial results of simple and complex congenital cardiac surgery are promising. Major remarkable outcomes were related to repair of Fallot’s Tetrology.
