he present study include the study of infection percentage of Trichomonas tenax in human mouth of (322) patient attending to three hospital (AL-Hakeem,AL-Sader&private linic) in Najaf Holy Governorate.for the period from 7/2/2011-9/11/2011.whole percentage of infection was (51.6%),distributed as(32) in periodontal tissue patient (26)in chronic gingivitis patient .(18)patient with bleeding gingivitis ´ gingivitis(11). No significant differences was show between Sex,Age,Educational level in the piesent study ,Whiel the is asmoll significant differences has been between type I &type II diabetic mellitus patient.The high prevalence recorded between patient with sever periodontitis with Trichomonas tenax
