Abstract :
The increment of companies operating in a sector and the opportunities provided by the developing technology force companies to follow aggressive growth strategies. One of the ways that companies use for this purpose is to reduce the cost of the goods and / or services to the customers who promise to subscribe for the period specified in the contract. Contracts concluded for this purpose are called as “promissory subscription contracts”. The emergence of promissory subscription contracts has become more disadvantageous to the consumer. Therefore, in the fourth section of the Subscription Contracts Regulation, the principles of promissory subscription contracts are determined and the consumers who are party to such contracts are wanted to be protected. In this regard, the most conflicts in practice pertain to the termination of the contract and its results. In this study, after a conceptual framework for promissory subscription contracts is drawn, the termination of the contract and its results will be emphasized.
