Abstract :
Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in hospitals offers a unique opportunity to improve hospitals’ operating and financial performance. This study is among the first to investigate the Effects on Consumer Behavior and Health outcomes associated with AI adoption. Using structural equation modelling (SEM), this research investigates the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in hospitals and their effects on financial and operational results. The study examines factors impacting AI adoption and its consequences on hospital efficiency, profitability, and staff load by examining information collected from AI and non-AI healthcare institutions. Results show that increasing adoption rates of AI in hospitals lead to better operational efficiency and possible cost savings, which are mediated by fewer staff members and better use of available resources. With the help of these insights, healthcare professionals may optimize healthcare delivery and economic viability by making well-informed choices on AI integration. By providing actual information on the tactical consequences of AI deployment in healthcare settings, the research adds to the body of current work. In a healthcare environment that is changing quickly, it offers hospitals practical advice on how to evaluate and use AI technology to improve their operational results and competitive edge.
