Abstract :
In this paper, the optimum phase matching and the effective nonlinear coefficient of KTP and LBO type I and type II were calculated in continuously changing wavelength by the method using Miller rule and Sellmeier equation. The difference of the effective nonlinear coefficients calculated by the proposed method and the approximate method was discussed. The results show that the approximate calculations using the value of 1.064 mum wavelength will yield greater errors in frequency conversion. The results presented in the paper are in accordance with the experiment results.
