Technological development and strategies for achieving energy security and Tconstraints

The paper proposes (i) the use of some concepts in the analysis of the possible Aconsequences of environmental impacts due to non-nuclear (especially coal and Aoil) power generation, and (ii) a strategy for organizing environmental data. AThe paper also suggests possible technological and regulatory measures for the Aprevention of pollution.
