Determination of lattice-transform density profiles for multilayered three-dimensional microcrystals in electron crystallography

Applying least-squares and correlation methods it is possible to separate the shape of the reciprocal lattice from the molecular transform using a single electron diffraction pattern. This separation is one crucial step in the structure determination of beamsensitive multilayered three-dimensional microcrystals.
