Abstract
A giant coronary pseudoaneurysm of uncertain cause, arising from Vieussensʹ arterial ring, was preoperatively diagnosed in an oligosymptomatic female patient. Successful off-pump surgical excision without additional bypass grafting was performed. Difficulties in diagnostic algorithm, as well as possible cause and extremely rare localization were discussed.
