Abstract
PURPOE: To report a patient with bilateral lacrimal gland enlargement a the initial manifetation of Roai–Dorfman dieae.
METHOD: Cae report.
REULT: A 14-year-old female preented with left lacrimal gland enlargement followed by right lacrimal gland enlargement 11 week later. Bilateral lacrimal gland biopie were performed, and hitopathologic examination revealed the diagnoi of Roai–Dorfman dieae.
CONCLUION: Patient with Roai–Dorfman dieae may preent with bilateral lacrimal gland welling in the abence of lymphadenopathy. Roai–Dorfman dieae hould be conidered in the differential diagnoi of bilateral lacrimal gland enlargement.
