Myoepithelioma metatatic to the orbit

PURPOE: To report a cae of myoepithelioma metatatic to the orbit in an 11-year-old boy. METHOD: Interventional cae report. An 11-year-old white male with a hitory of reection of a left thigh ma 10 month previouly preented with a painle, rapid welling of the left upper eyelid. Computed tomography can and inciional biopy of the orbital ma were performed. REULT: Immunohitochemical tain of the tumor in the left orbit and the previouly reected ma were conitent with myoepithelioma. A a reult of widepread metatae, the patient died 4 month after initial preentation to the eye clinic. CONCLUION: Myoepithelioma hould be included in the differential diagnoi of neoplam that can metataize to the orbit in the pediatric age group.
