Lah Ptoi Caued by Latanoprot

Purpoe To report a cae of lah ptoi caued by latanoprot. Deign Obervational cae report. Method Retropective chart review. Reult A 61-year-old, ocular hypertenive man who wa uing latanoprot OU preented with trichomegaly and bilateral lah ptoi. The lah ptoi had not reolved 6 month after topping latanoprot, and anterior lamellar repoition were performed. At lat follow-up, 8 month after urgery, the lid were in a normal poition, but the trichomegaly had reduced only lightly. Concluion Lah ptoi hould be conidered a a poible complication of latanoprot therapy.
