Abstract :
Purpoe We performed vitrectomy on two eye for peritent myopic foveochii (MF) after primary urgery that did not include internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling. Deign Interventional cae report. Method Two highly myopic eye of two patient with peritent MF after primary vitrectomy and ga tamponade but without ILM peeling were treated with par plana vitrectomy, reidual vitreou cortex removal, ILM peeling, and long-term ga tamponade. Reult Total foveal reattachment wa achieved and bet-corrected viual acuity (BCVA) improved in both eye. Concluion Reoperation including complete vitreou cortex removal and ILM peeling could be beneficial for patient with peritent MF after primary urgery, indicating that vitreou cortex removal and ILM peeling are critical in treating MF.
