Explanation of Relationships between Biographical Characteristics and Entrepreneurship Spirit of Students

سه دليل اصلي مهم بودن موضوع كارآفريني، خلق ثروت، توسعه تكنولوژي و ايجاد اشتغال مولد است. بنا بر اعتقادي، در جوامع امروزين لازم است انقلاب كارآفريني روي دهد. بر اين اساس هدفاز اجراي تحقيق حاضر، بررسي ويژگي هاي زندگينامه اي و تبيين رابطه آن با روحيه كارآفريني دانشجويان دانشگاه مازندران مي باشد. جامعه آماري 2601 نفر و نمونه آن 335 نفر، جمع‏آوري داده‏هاي مورد نياز با استفاده از ابزارهاي مراجعه به اسناد و مدارك و پرسشنامه با ضريب پايايي 90% انجام شده و از آزمون‌هاي آماري تي استيودنت، تحليل واريانس يك‌طرفه و آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها نشان داده‌اند كه از هفت متغير مرتبط با ويژگي هاي زندگينامه اي دانشجويان (شامل جنس، تاهل، اشتغال، ترتيب تولد، سن، سطح تحصيلات پدر و مادر)، فقط متغير «سن» با روحيه كارآفريني دانشجويان رابطه معني‌دار داشت....

Three major causes of the importance of entrepreneurship are making wealth, developing technology and creating productive employment. It is generally believed that a revolution is needed for entrepreneurship to take place in societies nowadays. Thus, the present study aims at investigation of the biographical characteristics and explanation of its relation to entrepreneurial spirit at Mazandaran university students. The data collection instrument was a related questionnaire with the reliability level of 0.90, and the collected data related to the examined variables were analyzed by using T-Student and ANOVA Tests. The results explained and determined that, except age, other biographical characteristics including gender, marital status, employment, birth arrangement, parents’ education level, did not have any meaningful relationship with the entrepreneurial spirit.
