  • Abstract
    In order to study the response of sugar beet genotypes to Humic acid based on leonardite was tested in greenhouse conditions in 2011-2012 crops, and evaluation was conducted factorial in a randomize complete block design with three replications. Main plot was in four conditions and sub-plot was consisted of eight genotypes of sugar beet. Results showed that there are significant differences in the level of 1% between the experimental conditions in terms of leaf chlorophyll content before the drought stress condition. There are also significant differences in the level of 5% between genotypes in terms of leaf chlorophyll content before drought stress condition. Also significant differences was observed after the drought stress condition in the level of 1% in experimental conditions, environmental conditions, genotype and also the interaction of genotype × environment conditions. The results of the comparison indicated that genotype 6 with an average of 24.85 had the highest chlorophyll content before the drought and genotype 1 was awarded the lowest chlorophyll content with a mean of 16.66.
