Forecasting the displacement of Jet Stream axes by using grid point

In this research, it has been studied, 186 cases for the wind speed and geopotential height charts at 300 mb level, during the year2000, the aim of this research are the forecasting the displacement jet stream axes. By using grid point with specially dimensions at the 300 mb chart. Good results have been obtained when we designed grid with nine points, by the averaging grid point each7،5^º steps along the meridian and 10^º steps along the latitude. Then meridianal (Cmer) and zonal (Czon) components has been calculated by the empirical equations during 24 hours.
