    Due to the importance of sales promotion in programs and company activities, providing them with an ethical and decent form has become a necessity, since fraud and deception cause severing in relationship between the company and its customers , which lead to a failure in achievieng their loyalty . Therefore our study has provided by a case study to investigate the impact of ethical sales promotion on customers loyalty, through conducting a questionnaire on a sample of customers of Djezzy in Djelfa.
