The concept of politics and morality refers to into account the principles of the common good and public interest cut jerk for handling references and modes of perception of university relations between them, particularly after the estrangement of Machiavelli. This problem of paramount importance in the Arab-Islamic deliberative field historic and social and cultural and geographical and strategic reasons, especially in circumstance of the successive crises experienced by the Arab region, both in the collision with the West stage since the second half of the nineteenth century, or during the colonial era, or the stage of independence and state-building after colonial, or even at the stage of what is known as the Arab spring. We have worked on the study of the Arab Thought this problem from different perspectives and perceptions, and the moroccan thinker Taha Abdul-Rahman is the most interested in this issue.While characterized ask Taha Abdul Rahman bent complementary College between the cosmic and tutoring on the grounds that he can not understand the Arab-Muslim world crisis, but by linking them by Western modernity which veered where its principles and true tracks of the happiness of the human being and the preservation of its kind to alienation under the influence of technical mind than behind the development without corroboration and cases of alienation and nihilism…Taha is required for the synthesis of politics at least three basic conditions: matter first condition of cognitive and philosophical issue, and that a review of the human concept that Western philosophy reduced in mind, forgetting that the reason the effectiveness and the right to effective change, and bring ethics substance to him, they are doing human determined man. an‎d the call to the Arab right to philosophical differences within the framework of the Study of jurisprudence philosophy. an‎d the second condition is the religious and moral issue in linking the scope envisioned Taha of the relationship between the university, unlike the famous Kantian chapter. The third condition including the matter of civilization, and is based on the need to establish a dialogue and communication between the different social actors and different civilizations within the framework of the official dialogue.
