يقترح هذا المقال التفكير في الانتخابات المحلية الاخيرة التي عرفها المغرب في شتتبر 2015،انطلاقاً من اعادة بناء سياقها التاريخي والسياسي المرتبط بتنظيمها في ظل ولاية حكومة يقودها حزب اسلامي ،وشرطها الدستوري العام المرتبط بكونها اول انتخابات محلية وجهوية تجري في ظل دستور 2011،واستحضار رهانات فاعلوها ،كل ذلك على ضوء فرضية العودة الجزئية للسياسية الى الحقل الانتخابي ،كاحدى الخلاصات المركزية التي يمكن من خلالها مقاربة حدود التحول التي شهدها هذا الاقتراع
چكيده لاتين :
This article proposes to think about the last local elections that Morocco witnessed in September 2015, based on rebuilding their historical and political context related to their organization under the mandate of a government led by an Islamic party, and their general constitutional condition related to their being the first local and regional elections to take place under the 2011 constitution, and invoking the stakes of their actors All this in light of the hypothesis of the partial return of politics to the electoral field, as one of the central conclusions through which it is possible to approach the limits of the transformation witnessed by this poll.
